You can filter existing emails later by applying a rule to an email folder.
Note: Depending on the email server, this function might not be available.
How to apply a rule to existing emails:
Click the icon on the right side of the menu bar. Click on .
Click on in the sidebar. Click on .
Click on next to the rule. Select the folder containing the emails to which the rule should be applied.
Note: Some actions can not be executed if applying a rule to existing emails.
Options:
You can also apply a rule to existing emails while creating a new rule.
To do so, click on when creating the new rule. Select the folder containing the emails to which the rule should be applied.
